Support the administration and development of the Group Planning & Corporate Performance Management (CPM) tool: Board and legacy system: Hyperion Financial Management (HFM).
Support the administration of integrations with interfacing systems e.g., Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software and reporting solutions e.g. Excel add-ins, web reporting etc.
Supporting the Finance Systems Managers with the business-as-usual tasks: user administration, period maintenance, workflows, configuring month end timetables etc.
Helping to resolve user queries and assisting with training on finance systems where required.
Assistance in documenting procedures, tasks and solutions to issues.
Helping identifying process inefficiencies & implementing solutions.
Assisting with data reconciliations
Skills / Qualifications
Part Qualified Accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) or some accountancy background
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Formulas), Knowledge of Power Query / VBA are beneficial
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience of systems accounting is beneficial
Experience with a CPM tool: Board / HFM or any other is beneficial
Experience with Microsoft D365 for Finance & Operations would be advantageous
