- Develop, implement, and drive annual global rewards processes.
- Design, implement, and maintain Long-Term and Short-Term Incentive programs.
- Participate in Executive Remuneration management.
- Prepare for the EU Equal Pay transparency directive.
- Update and maintain salary bands globally in Workday based on Mercer tools.
- Develop and update the Career Framework and build rewards structure based on them.
- Conduct benchmarking using Mercer.
- Educate the HR community and Sr. Leaders in the rewards practices of Nilfisk.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, market trends, and regulatory requirements related to compensation and sales incentives, and proactively recommend adjustments as needed.
- Manage the communication and training efforts related to compensation programs, ensuring understanding and buy-in from key stakeholders.
