- Monitor email deliverability traffic and client domains, analyzing data and implementing corrective actions.
- Manage high email deliverability rates and infrastructure, collaborating with providers to enhance deliverability.
- Generate regular reports on deliverability indicators and email campaign effectiveness, proposing solutions for individual domains/clients.
- Continuously monitor and quickly react to incidents related to deliverability, liaising with email providers and carriers to resolve issues.
- Develop tools for deliverability management for support, clients, and traffic.
- Conduct internal training sessions and client consultations as a deliverability specialist.
- Support maintaining deliverability knowledge base and provide technical advice for optimal email deliverability for clients.
- Monitor changes in email providers' policies and adjust deliverability strategies accordingly.
- Manage projects related to email deliverability, coordinating activities across different teams and implementing advanced solutions with the product team
- You have knowledge of email deliverability issues, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- You have basic programming skills.
- You have analytical thinking skills.
- You have very good skill in the English language (min. B2 level).
