Sales Manager / Mining Business Development Executive

• Sales Strategy and Target Setting.
• Sales Performance Monitoring.
• Customer Relationship Management.
• Market Development and Analysis.
• Perform product presentation to customers.
• Proposal and tender management and preparation.
• Act as a lead negotiator during contract negotiations.
• Interpret, manage and optimize the full divisional P&L.

• Must have Electrical or Electronic Engineering qualification (Degree or diploma).
• Management qualification will be added advantageous.
• Management experience is a must.
• Extensive experience in tender preparation.
• Knowledge of JDE or ERP system, MS Project and MS Office packages.
• Knowledge of locomotive batteries, cap lamps, safety electronics, electrical equipment in the mining industry.
