Job DescriptionThe ServiceNow Lead will lead the ServiceNow platform's implementation, configuration, customization, and ongoing management. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure the successful delivery of ServiceNow projectsKey Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Customize and extend ServiceNow modules, workflows, forms, and integrations to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party vendors to ensure alignment of ServiceNow solutions with organizational goals and standards.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals.
  • Support ServiceNow platform upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identify areas for optimization, and implement best practices for ServiceNow development and administration.
Qualifications:
  • Must be a Singaporean due to business needs
  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow developer or consultant, with expertise in ServiceNow platform configuration, customization, and administration.
  • ServiceNow certification (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified Application Developer) is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, ServiceNow modules (e.g., Incident Management, Change Management, Service Catalog), and scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Glide).
  • Experience with ServiceNow integration technologies (e.g., REST API, SOAP, MID Server) and ITIL best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
