Here, at the forefront of the exciting cryptocurrency industry, you'll be a strategic business partner, a trusted advisor to leadership, and the architect of a thriving company culture.Our HR Business Partners (HRBPs) build trusted partnerships with business leaders and people managers to co-create people-centric business solutions that enable OKX to accelerate our business transformation, achieve our commercial goals, and ultimately contribute to the vision of Building the Future, Together.You have sound business and financial acumen to provide deep business context back to the rest of the HR team and collaborate with our HR COEs to create solutions that address our immediate operational needs of today, while simultaneously aligning our future-focused people plans to the overall business strategy.On a daily basis, HRBPs provide sound advice and coaching to managers on how to inspire, reward and develop their teams, navigate employee relations conversations, ensure accurate compensation and commission management, better the employee experience, and bring out the full potential of our people and culture.At this exciting stage of our business transformation, our HRBPs also get the chance to work closely with our wider Talent Acquisition team, learn modern recruitment strategies, and help win the war for talent to accelerate the growth of the business.About the TeamYou'll join a dynamic team of talented HR Business Partners dedicated to our Growth Center business. Together, you'll form the strategic backbone supporting our thriving commercial business on a global scale. Here, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with a world-class HR team and make a significant contribution to a company shaping the future of OKX together.What You'll Be DoingPartner with senior business leaders to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives as the organizations continue to grow and scale globally. Topics may include performance management, organizational design, change management, compensation/commission management, cultural integration, etc.Be a champion for employee engagement, fostering a positive and productive work environment for our global team.Leverage data analytics to inform HR decisions and measure the impact of HR programs.Provide trusted guidance and coaching to leaders at all levels, ensuring effective talent management practices to drive high performing organizations.Lead HR projects related to team success, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.Manage all aspects of the HR function for your assigned business unit(s), including partnership with talent acquisition, onboarding of new employees, and employee relations.What We Look For In You7+ years of HR experience, with background as HR Business Partner, OD, C&B, and/or TD, ideally within a high-growth tech or financial services company.Prefer experience working with C-suite executives in commercial client groups.Data-centric with the ability to analyze HR data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.To excel in the role, you not only think strategically but also have the ability to be hands on.
