Exciting Opportunity: SEND Teacher Needed in South Tyneside!Protocol Education is collaborating with a SEN school in South Tyneside seeking a passionate SEND Teacher to support their students starting ASAP (Valid DBS Dependent). Whether you're an experienced teacher or newly experienced with a background in SEND, this role welcomes you.The Role:

Plan, teach, and assess the National Curriculum, tailoring lessons to meet the needs of SEND pupils.
Collaborate with a team of professionals, providing direction to Teaching Assistants as necessary.
Cultivate strong relationships with students, colleagues, and families to foster a supportive learning environment.

The Ideal Candidate:

Experience teaching children with various SEND, including ASC, PMLD, SEMH, and Physical Disabilities.
Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Possess an empathetic and calm demeanor to support students effectively.
Enthusiastic about becoming an integral part of the school community.
Previous experience with SEND interventions is desirable.

Requirements:

Proof of the right to work in the UK.
Availability to work five days a week.
