- Support development of annual strategic brand plan and tactical plan; collaborate with cross functional partners (Medical Affairs, Value & Access, Business Operations, etc) to gain alignment on key brand strategies & tactics, leveraging data & insights
- Lead the development of all promotional and education / training initiatives including personal / non-personal promotion for HCPs & patients and brand speaker programs
- Develop and execute multi-channel tactics with an emphasis on peer-to-peer education and brand omnichannel, up to and including associated content & KPI development/tracking
- Support business review process, brand performance measurement and review, manage overall brand budget
- Manage third-party/external vendors to support plans and activities, e.g effectively manages third-party firm performance through all stages of delivery
- Ensure compliant execution of all promotional activities
- Oncology field leadership to gain alignment and provide support with sales force execution and other business needs
- Value & Access, Medical and other key cross functional brand team members on brand promotional development, execution and performance management
- Promotional Review Committee, Legal and Business Ethics partners to proactively ensure compliant and appropriate activities
- Guide the application of key insights to validate business opportunities and inform specific brand strategies
- Share leadership responsibilities for cross-functional brand team meetings
- Work with advanced analytics to inform continuous refinement of brand strategy & tactics
- Bachelor’s Degree is required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
- 10 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree
- At least 5 years of pharma/biotech commercial experience, Oncology/Hematology experience is strongly preferred
- Proven cross-functional leadership skills to lead across a complex matrix
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills along with the ability to influence others, work with multiple internal cross-functional teams and successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated success in project, vendor, and experience managing large budgets
- Knowledge of the AMA, ACCME, PhRMA and FDA regulations associated with promotion and industry-supported scientific education activities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to interface with both internal and external stakeholders, cross-functional partners, and senior management.
- Ability to work from our Cambridge, MA office on a hybrid arrangement including onsite working 2-3x per week on average (local candidates only please)
