- Managing international accounts.
- Building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the accounts.
- Continuously working on ways to create up- and cross-selling opportunities, in order to strengthen the business relationship.
- Creating Account Plans and review them on a regular basis with the clients to ensure alignment.
- Monitoring defined commercial KPIs to reach our targets.
- Focusing on providing agreed services and Service Level Agreements.
- Frequently attending international trade shows and visit accounts.
- Understanding the accounts’ business challenges and objectives in order to develop growth strategies.
- Working closely and collaboratively with different stakeholders in the organisation.
- Managing critical situations, providing solutions and action plans.
- Making business case calculations, prepare proposals and provide information to management for decision making.
- Proven experience and expertise within the payments industry, with a deep understanding of payment solutions, e-commerce, and financial services within the Gaming sector.
- Strong knowledge of payment processing, merchant services, and industry regulations.
- Demonstrated track record of success in account management, with a focus on driving revenue growth and client satisfaction.
- Extensive network within the payments industry, with the ability to leverage relationships to identify new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proactive attitude, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
- Has experience in Gaming and or High Risk industries.
- Experience within the payments, financial services industry or e-commerce.
- Additional language skills.
