- Maintain contact with client at an executive level, focusing on the strategic nature of the relationship
- Take ownership and demonstrate appropriate judgment when utilizing internal business resources to solve client needs
- Have solid understanding of payroll processes
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures and SLA's providing service excellence and customer satisfaction
- Budget your own client's service financials
- Support the efficient change management, manage testing, deployments and improvements of payroll system
- Ensure that customer documentation is always up to date and stored in customer workspace
- Efficiently communicate all relevant customer topics to delivery teams
- Develop, support and motivate your team members and drive engagement
- Participate the work of local management team, contribute our planning on country level and common activities
- Previous work experience with BPO and Payroll services, customer service, and/or team management
- Experience in working with modern Payroll and HR technology, preferably SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, Workday, etc.
- Fluent Finnish and very good spoken and written English skills are required
- Demonstrating leadership and problem solving skills
- Demonstrating time management and prioritization skills
- Confidence in making decisions
- Master or bachelor's degree e.g. in Finance and Accounting or Business Administration
