Key Roles & Responsibilities Primary Role Description Manpower planning and budgeting. Finalizing the Organization structure. Succession planning for Leadership , managerial and critical positions Devising, running and evaluating selection processes including interviews, psychometric tests, personality questionnaires and various group activities. Key Roles & Responsibilities: Campus branding and campus placements. Designing and launching the Internal Job posting process. Managing internal job transfers Preparing and maintaining the job description repository Ensuring on boarding of manpower in line with the launch plans. Ensuring quality of recruitment. Ensuring an optimal sourcing mix. Implementing the application tracking system and generating reports Responsible for the identification, contracting and management of vendors that supplement recruitment needs. Preparing and developing recruitment material- eg brochures and further particulars. Screening application forms and short listing applicants. Keeping recruitment costs in control and developing alternate sourcing channels. Managing the employee reference proces Key Requirements - Education & Certificates Education Management Degree with specialization in Human Resources from a reputed institution Experience Key Requirements - Experience & Skills 3-6 years of relevant work experience Behavioral Competency Behavioral competency Beginner Intermediate Expert Strategic Mindset Yes Entrepreneurship Yes Execution Excellence Yes Building High Performing Teams Comments if Any
