To know more about ExxonMobil in India, visit and the .ExxonMobil Returnship ProgramThe ExxonMobil Returnship Program is a back-to-work program for experienced professionals who are on a career break for various reasons like childcare, trailing spouse, extended personal travel, etc. Our 12-week Company-paid, office-based program enables returners with a soft launch that includes networking sessions, mentoring, training and a project assignment. At the end of the program and based on a performance evaluation, shortlisted candidates may be offered full-time employment at ExxonMobil.Last date to apply: On or before 16th June, 2024Requirements

Minimum Bachelor’s in Engineering from a recognized university with minimum 6.5 CGPA out of 10 or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years’ full time work experience executing capital projects, currently must be on a career break while applying
Self-motivated with demonstrated leadership and good communication skills
Possess attributes such as attention to detail and good analytical skills
Willing to work from office
Preference given to experience in oil and gas, petrochemical, power, construction, or fertilizer industry.

Global Projects Group: Global Projects is ExxonMobil's growth engine, operating across all business lines on six continents and executing some of the largest and most complex projects globallyWhat role you will play in our team:

Work with assigned global business units to identify project requirements and coordinate development of Project Management System deliverables and reviews.
Participate in invitation to Tender (ITT) development, bid evaluation, and contractor selection. Stewarding engineering & construction contractor’s performance, align key stakeholders, engage internal discipline experts and resolve project issues.
Provide overall project cost, schedule, estimating, progress measurement, and change management leadership and expertise.
Steward Project cost/schedule with ongoing project analysis, reporting, forecasting, budgeting and Change Management. Manage cost control and progress measurement.
Develop cost and schedule estimates to support opportunity assessments, Project funding, Project reviews, and ad hoc requests.

Desired Skills: Experience in Primavera Project Planner (P6), cost estimation tools; Microsoft office will be an added advantageStay connected with us
