- Leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project delivery within budget and on schedule
- Monitoring and managing project performance, including cost control, quality assurance, and adherence to safety standards
- Communicating effectively with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors to foster positive relationships and ensure client satisfaction
- Preparing and presenting progress reports, project updates, and financial analyses to senior leadership.
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture , or equivalent
- Proficient in Procore, AutoCAD, Microsoft Project
- In-depth knowledge of multifamily construction, including ground-up developments and historical renovations
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure project success. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of effectively managing resources, budgets, and time lines
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating the ability to adapt to changing priorities and navigate challenges with resilience

- Base salary of $100,000 - $115,000, depending on experience with a general contractor
