  • Assist in carrying out educational strategies that are appropriate for each child's learning goals.
  • Develop a connection of trust with every child and speak to them in terms they can understand.
  • Encourage diversity, acceptance, and inclusion, and make sure all the children have equal access to learning and growth.
  • Encourage children's involvement and make sure they are paying attention during the lesson.
  • Provide opportunities for developing independence.
  • Give children, parents, and caregivers feedback about their development, accomplishments, and potential issues as directed by the teaching team.
Requirements:
  • Good knowledge of the national curriculum
  • Experience working with SEN pupils
  • A drive to inspire the next generation
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • An enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
