BIM Manager

• Lead the development and implementation of BIM within the organization;
• Develop BIM standards and protocols;
• Oversee the BIM team and manage project teams and deliverables;
• Continually review and develop the BIM models to ensure accuracy and integrity;
• Facilitate collaboration among design teams, project stakeholders, and contractors;
• Provide technical assistance and training to all stakeholders regarding BIM utilization;
• Work closely with other departments to ensure BIM implementation and compliance with organizational standards; and
• Ensure that all relevant regulatory standards and requirements are met.

• Bachelors degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field;
• Minimum 5 years experience in a related BIM or CAD role;
• Proficiency with Revit, BIM, VDC, MEP, HVAC, Plumbing, and Piping design;
• Excellent problem-solving and project management skills;
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment; and
• Strong analytic and communication skills.
