- Solid communication skills both written and verbal
- Telephone Skills, Verbal Communication, Microsoft Office Skills, Listening, Professionalism, Customer Focus.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
- Manage and resolve customer complaints
- Manage matters related to customers
- Assist, prepare and review memos and copywriting.
- Respond to any customers' inquiries via Whatsapp and phone calls.
- Managing walk-ins customers at the Wisma TDC office
- Prepare, analyze and present customers feedback reports
- Identify, plan, build, strategize for customer service excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and organize training and development programs for customers
- Ensure cleanliness of workstation, entrance, gallery, lobby, and waiting area.
- Presenting and exhibiting products in the gallery to customers upon request.
- Promote TDC sales merchandise to achieve sales targets.
- Perform other tasks directed by the company.
- Ensure works compliance with laws and Shariah.KWSP
