  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
Tanggungjawab
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints
  • Manage matters related to customers
  • Assist, prepare and review memos and copywriting.
  • Respond to any customers' inquiries via Whatsapp and phone calls.
  • Managing walk-ins customers at the Wisma TDC office
  • Prepare, analyze and present customers feedback reports
  • Identify, plan, build, strategize for customer service excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and organize training and development programs for customers
  • Ensure cleanliness of workstation, entrance, gallery, lobby, and waiting area.
  • Presenting and exhibiting products in the gallery to customers upon request.
  • Promote TDC sales merchandise to achieve sales targets.
  • Perform other tasks directed by the company.
  • Ensure works compliance with laws and Shariah.KWSP
