About the opportunity:To support the delivery of the North East Link Central Package, we are seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to join our team. We require someone with experience in bulk & detailed earthworks including drainage install, pavements & asphalt incl finishing works. The role will also be exposed to a mixture of self-perform and subcontractor management. Role required for immediate start and candidates must be flexible with nightshift.Minimum Requirements:

Ideally, previous experience working for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Contractor on a civil project
Proven experience in successfully delivering large work packages
Excellent awareness of, and attitude toward Safety
High level verbal and written communication skills
Ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions for the project
Effective communication and builds positive relationships with clients, project team, management, suppliers and subcontractors
Previous experience with budget control and site delivery management
Self-motivated
Exceptional Team Leadership skills
Computer literacy on MS systems & Outlook
