- Ensure accurate administration and timely commission payments for assigned revenue and go-to-market teams based upon documented and approved variable revenue compensation plans and policies;
- Draft and administer compensation plan documents - including issuing plans for new hires and amending existing plans for promotions and/or merit increases;
- Annual implementation and ongoing measurement of Incentive Compensation Plan Design by collaborating with revenue management to create annual variable incentive compensation plans / programs;
- Assist in set up of annual revenue plans and ongoing testing to confirm accurate payouts and provide reporting of annual variable commission forecasts;
- Field and respond to variable compensation and quota related inquiries;
- Work with team to facilitate and resolve day-to-day compensation and Rules of Engagement (RoE) issues and disputes, ensuring that questions are answered, and issues addressed in a timely and professional manner;
- Oversee all aspects of partner commissions calculations and payment processes.
- Act as the subject matter expert and point of escalation for Channel referral and incentive programs, including deal registration programs and secure proper exception approvals / documentation for leadership and finance
- Collaboration and partnership with multiple global teams such as Revenue Operations, Finance, HR, Sales, Customer Success and Marketing;
- Continually evaluate processes and procedures related to revenue compensation administration and recommend/implement improvements; work directly and across functions to drive efficiency and accuracy through system enhancements and process improvements.
- Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in Finance, Accounting or Revenue Operations.
- Excellent Excel skills;
- Experience with Saleforce.com required;
- Experience with Xactly preferred;
- Excellent communication skills, including ability to interface with the revenue team and revenue management effectively, as well as proven ability to operate effectively in a cross-functional manner;
- Proven experience managing and building relationships in a matrix environment;
- Proven analytical capabilities;
- Must be able to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic global environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise effectively;
