- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into report specifications.
- Utilize Workday Report Writer and other reporting tools to extract, manipulate, and visualize data effectively.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with data security standards.
- Analyze data trends and patterns to identify insights and opportunities for process improvement.
- Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure integrity and reliability of report data.
- Interpret complex data sets and present findings in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.
- Maintain and update existing reports to reflect changes in business requirements or system configurations.
- Optimize report performance and efficiency.
- Implement best practices for report organization, naming conventions, and version control.
- Collaborate across the business and enabling functions to understand reporting needs and requirements.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Provide support to end-users on accessing and interpreting Workday reports.
- Document report specifications, data sources, and report development processes for future reference.
- Share knowledge and expertise with team members to promote continuous learning and skill development.
- Contribute to the development of standardized reporting templates and guidelines.
- Proficiency in Workday HCM and Workday Report Writer.
- Strong understanding of HR data structures, business processes, and reporting requirements.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to reporting.
- Prior experience in report writing, data analysis, or HR analytics
