Can actively communicate with customers in written English in real-time.
Communicate effectively with their assigned Team Coordinator.
Own a reliable computer with Adobe CC AI, PSD, and INDD installed.
Stay up-to-date with new design techniques and software.
Efficiently and pragmatically execute graphic design requests within our scope of service.

Ideal ProfileSkills Required:

Have graphic design experience.
Have a friendly, positive, and great team player attitude!
Possess strong attention to detail.
Can demonstrate proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Have experience creating presentations in PowerPoint, and Google Slides.
Have experience utilizing Canva.
Enjoy looking up and learning new things quickly.
Have an eye for accuracy, detail, and quality control.
Have excellent communication and client handling skills (Customer Support experience is a plus!).

Requirements

Advanced knowledge in Adobe CC programs required
Friendly and positive attitude
Great team player attitude
Proficiency in communicating in English in order to be able to liaise with stakeholders in the region effectively.
Experience handling customers
Own reliable computer that meets these Requirements
Internet connection above 20 Mbps
