Directly reporting to the Board of Directors, managing +100 M Euro revenue, the professional will be accountable for:

Developing the vision, mission and strategy of the business and leading the execution with her/his key leadership team
Overseeing full P&L, securing the fulfilment of all commercial and financial targets in accordance with set ambitious short and long-term goals
Orchestrating the whole operations with hands-on approach to ensure optimized capacity utilization rate and patient experience journey
Smoothly steering the corporate transformation agenda (processes, systems and culture)
Analyzing sector trends regionally/globally, advising the Board of Directors on possible improvement and investment areas
As the representative of the company, managing key external stakeholder relations
Coaching and empowering staff to take controlled initiatives within the delegated authorities

One of the prestigious healthcare institution|Hands-on approach with strong operational background

BSc. or B.A. degrees from reputable universities, MBA/Master's degree would bring an important advantage
Minimum 20 years of experience preferably gained in Hospitals & Healthcare, Insurance, Telecommunication, Finance, Banking and other regulated service-driven markets in well-established big-scaled organizations
Proven track record as General Manager or Assistant General Manager with robust commercial, operational and financial know-how needed
Business acumen, entrepreneurial, creative, challenge-seeker, resilient, proactive, result-oriented leader coupled with strong communication and representational skills, able to effectively interact with different levels
Solid team management experience is a must
Having a digital mindset, good technology literacy is important
Management consultancy/big four background would bring an advantage
Fluency in English is a must
