We are looking for a Product Manager who’s passionate about understanding customer needs and taking the initiative to improve the user experience. You’ll get to work with designers and engineers to build delightful features that span various parts of the system, as well as working with our business, sales and operations teams to understand and solve our users’ pain points.Job Details

Job ResponsibilitiesWork closely with engineers, designers and leadership to ideate & deliver products that advance the 10 Minute School mission.Be responsible for a product track and create the PRDs, release plans, etc to align stakeholders and ensure timely deliveryWork with engineers, BI analysts and senior leadership to turn our vision into a strategy and roadmap every quarter.Research and stay ahead of new and upcoming technology/trends in the edtech spaceQualificationsAt least 2 years of experience managing digital consumer productsExperience with educational/content products or with technical products or platformsBuilt products by collaborating across engineering, operations, analytics, marketing, design and other key stakeholdersStrong written and verbal communication skills with a precise talent for articulating customer challengesApproached product management from a user’s vantage point and is motivated by the chance to improve the lives of customersExperience managing technical software products from kick-off to releaseA whatever-it-takes approach to ensure that your product and team are successfulThe ability to turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into solid action plansNot only shipped new products, but is obsessed about continuous product improvementAdditional InformationWe are the fastest-growing EdTech of Bangladesh.
