Berkeley Scott are partnered with an award-winning Luxury Spa Hotel and Wedding Venue to help them find a Head Chef to lead their kitchen team. You will be cooking with high quality fresh local produce to AA Rosette standard and striving for accolades.What’s in it for our Head Chef:

Your new role as our Head Chef:

Cooking with the best locally sourced ingredients
Managing and development of your brigade
Creative control of the menu ensuring quality and variety
Scratch cooking to an AA Rosette standard
Leading a team of Chefs
Adhering to all food safety and hygiene standards as required
Maintaining a high level of kitchen cleanliness

What we ask of you:

Must have real passion for cooking and providing the highest quality of food
Proven experience as a Head Chef in a high quality hotel setting
Experience of high volume banqueting
Creativity and experience of developing menus
Must be organised and a good communicator
