- Establish and maintain relationships with contract manufacturers and raw material suppliers;
- Monitor and plan production volume to ensure timely delivery of finished goods;
- Ensure finished goods inventory levels are at optimal levels across multiple warehouses around the world;
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that production schedules are aligned with company goals;
- Identify and resolve production-related issues in a timely manner;
- Execute cross checking of the accuracy of production volume, inventory levels, and supplier performance;
- Experience in purchasing, planning or book-keeping would be an advantage;
- Fluent English is required;
- Detail-oriented;
- Strong understanding of supply chain management and finished goods production;
- Performer and ability to multitask;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Self-organized skills;
