Experienced Accountant

• Verify the accuracy of transactions within the ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics AX);
• Engage in communication with outsourced bookkeepers, utilizing both English and Russian languages;
• Engage in extensive work with Microsoft Excel.

• Ensure the integrity of various data sources;
• Perform data analysis using internal IT tools;
• Participate in both internal and external audit processes;
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal organizational documents, policies, and procedures related to the role.

• A higher education degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting roles;
• Profound knowledge of general accounting principles;
• Proficiency in Excel, with the ability to efficiently handle large volumes of data as Excel will be extensively utilized;
• Fluency in Latvian, English, and Russian (due to specific international clients)
• Demonstrated high accuracy and proficiency with numbers;
• A collaborative team player with a proactive, hands-on approach and a commitment to task completion;
