- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote our architecture and design services;
- Conduct market research to identify trends and target markets. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to ensure an innovative approach to marketing;
- Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital platforms, social media, print media, and industry events;
- Collaborate with the design team to align marketing strategies with business objectives;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry influencers, and media outlets;
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance and maintain our brand image within the architecture and design industry;
- Manage and oversee all aspects of brand management, including brand positioning, brand messaging, and brand guidelines;
- Conduct market research to understand customer perceptions and preferences and make data-driven decisions to improve brand perception;
- Develop brand partnerships and collaborations to position the company as a leader in the industry;
- Develop and execute effective public relations strategies to increase brand awareness and reputation;
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers, and industry experts;
- Mitigate any potential reputation risks through proactive crisis management strategies;
- Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field;
- Work experience 3+ years in marketing, brand management, or PR within the architecture and design industry (international companies preferably);
- In-depth knowledge of the latest marketing trends, tools, and strategies.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent project management and multitasking abilities;
- Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken). Latvian and/or Russian languages on a good communication level;
- Excellent MS Office knowledge;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Accuracy, quality-oriented, creative and analytical thinking.
