As a customer service specialist, your main responsibilities will include monitoring live sports games played in Sweden or Finland, providing customer service via e-mail and cooperation with sports federations, clubs and venues. You will do well if you have technical thinking skills and a desire to develop and learn.Full-time support specialist: The workweek is 40 hours, including evenings and weekends when matches are played.
