Payments Specialist (Reconciliation)

• facilitating the accurate and timely settlement of transactions within various payment methods and e-commerce merchants;
• identifying discrepancies and unmatched transactions;
• daily reconciliation;
• settlement of transactions;
• administering alternative payment methods;
• preparing/updating regular reports;

• Financial education (the profile of Economics, accounting, financial analytics, and business administration is suitable)
• Attentive to details, analytical, organized, solution-oriented
• Strong Excel skills is a must!
• Good written & spoken communication skills in English (at least B1) and oral communication in russian is essential;
• Positive about changes and driven to build strong communication within the team;
• Previous experience in fintech companies or engaging in reconciliation will be an advantage;
• 1+ years of experience in accounting/finance will be an advantage;
