The ideal candidate can develop engaging content, has exceptional oral and written communication skills. You should be a 'people person' with great customer service skills and the ability to moderate online and offline conversations with the community.Responsibilities:
  • Develop a content plan and create engaging content for all platforms
  • Set and implement social media and communication campaigns
  • Engage with the online community and respond to comments and requests
  • Relay community feedback to relevant internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate with Marketing team to ensure brand consistency
  • Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals
  • Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness
  • Work with PR agencies to ensure accurate brand representation
