  • You have proven experience in account management, sales, or business development within the B2B software or IT industry
  • You excel at collaborating with Account Managers to understand and improve customer satisfaction across all accounts
  • You have the proficiency in developing strategic account plans to maximize revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • You are a proactive team player who can identify opportunities, maintain databases effectively, and lead initiatives such as case studies and testimonials
  • You know how to build rapport and trust with clients and internal teams
  • You are enthusiastic about tech and its commercial uses
