- Manage projects from conception to completion including scope of management, timelines, and budget.
- Provide leadership to project teams and junior members of project management.
- Oversee assigned project and the overall coordination, status reporting, and stability of project-oriented work efforts.
- Develop the architecture concerning the project plan structure.
- Manage issues, risks, and/or project scope change management processes, and run reports.
- Monitor, report, and coordinate implementation progress compared to plan, and works with others
- to resolve issues jeopardizing project plan timelines.
- Update project plans for projects including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, and schedules.
- Monitor and track project milestones and deliverables.
- Communicate with project team members to identify and resolve problems.
- Support project team members in communicating, identifying, categorizing, prioritizing and
- quantifying risks, issues, and develop plans for mitigation as well as the use of tools and
- methodologies.
- Communicate and disseminate information related to timelines and deliverables to team members.
- Support project leads via concise project overviews during the discovery phase.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.
- 8 years of recent related experience.
- Revenue Cycle experience required.
- Knowledge of general Project Management Book of Knowledge (PMBOK), and/or project management methodologies
- Expertise in Microsoft Project and Office Suite
- Ability to make presentations to persuade others to accept a specific opinion or action, or to provide information and instruction.
- Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with all levels of employees
- Strong analysis skills.
- Highly organized and able to accomplish established objectives within set deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and follow through on assignments with minimal direction.
