Key Responsibilities Efficient handling of guests’ arrivals and departures. Efficient handling of all cashiering functions including but not limited to cash and credit card charges, currency exchange, cashiering close. Answering any guest inquiries or requests through phone, email or live in a knowledgeable, professional and timely manner. Closely collaborating with Housekeeping, Maintenance and F&B team to successfully accommodate all guest requests, aiming to the highest guest satisfaction. Preparing all relevant reports for the Front Office Team, the Operations Manager, the Owner and other hotel departments, to ensure that everyone has updated and accurate information. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience as a receptionist in a 4* Hotel. Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Greek and English language. Proficient use of MS Office and relevant hotel PMS (Preferably Pylon). Hands on professional with “can do” attitude, team spirit and guest satisfaction orientation.
