We offer the ultimate in business security solutions and deliver the highest quality of professional service.About the roleYou will be working in a building that is modern and in pristine condition (internally & externally). Your key role is to maintain the look and feel of the building get to know the people within the community and suggest ways in which the team could provide the best support to the people who work and visit the building. You will continuously monitor the building and report any faults as well.You will be flexible and willing to help and act as a key part of the team and part of the building community. During your working day you will focused on customer service and working with the clients FOH team. Other duties are delivering post, monitoring CCTV, supervising the security team, and various other security duties. Understand and strictly adhere to GUK’s procedures and protocols of the building with regards Health & Safety, Security measures and building access controlYou will receive full training and we are looking for motivated individuals who will make a measurable contribution to the continued success of GUK.Must have :

SIA licence
Right to work in the UK
Excellent customer service skills
Basic report writing and IT skills and able to compose emails and preparing incident reports.
Proactively uses initiative to recognise priorities within own workload
Problem solving
A good level of spoken and written English
Dealing with difficult people and finding solutions
