Some of the responsibilities are as follows:

Participate and provide inputs in project meetings (Innovation / Plug & Play / Renovation) for China as per the business growth aspirations.
Drive Quality Agreement (ICQA: Inter Company Quality Agreement) and Quality Standard (CRQS: Consumer Related Quality Standards) between the each selling and buying entity for the commercialized goods.
Perform audit & assessment for CM & Warehouse as per the product standards and UL mandatory requirements and ensure CAPA are robust and ensure timely closure.
Support consumer/ customer complaints and handle with speed for closure.
Support the quality activities from warehouse operations.
Develop & deploy quality systems (QMS/ SOPs/ processes) for the various processes involving Quality, collaborating with various cross-functional teams in China/ globally.
Support other ad-Hoc Quality related topics / projects which assigned by Line Manager.

Key Skills, Attributes and Experience:

Bachelor’s/ master’s degree in quality assurance, science, food technology, medical sciences, etc.; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key accountabilities of the job required.
At least 3+ years of work experience in Quality Assurance + Quality Control experience, preferable in VMS / Foods / FMCG industry.
Good in English & Chinese language written and verbal communication skills.
Able to demonstrate sound knowledge of Manufacturing Processes, Business processes, Quality Management Systems, HACCP & Food Safety.
Prior auditing and developing Power BI experience shall be an added advantage.
Dynamic and globally minded, self-starter personality.
Fast paced and comfortable working in an environment with tight deadlines and significant level of ambiguity and change.
Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, written, communication presentation skills.
Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as internal and external stakeholder.
Attention to detail, excellent organization and time management skills.
Superior negotiation and influencing skills.
Fluent in MS Excel & Powerpoint.
