- Perform tests for IoT system releases of HVAC appliances;
- Define an efficient IoT system QA strategy;
- Foster / implement automation and virtualization concepts for efficient IoT system test strategy;
- Shape a seamless test strategy across levels (component, unit, system) with an optimal work split;
- Backoffice for IoT 3rd level support of HVAC systems;
- Manage and coordinate resolution of IoT 3rd level tickets;
- Monitor IoT support KPI's across 1st, 2nd, 3rd level and R&D teams of all IoT components;
- Ensure onboarding of all IoT 1st and 2nd level support colleagues;
- Manage documentation of IoT tickets across all levels for optimal knowledge sharing e.g. by means of AI;
- Coordination of regular meetings with 1st and 2nd level colleagues all over the world;
- Education: Successfully completed studies of computer science, electrical engineering or comparable qualification;
- Experience and know-how:
- Working experience in SW development or Quality Assurance in IoT environment;
- Experience in agile SW development;
- Experience with Python scripting language and Unix shells (e.g. Bash);
- Experience with concepts and frameworks related to continuous integration and deployment pipeline;
- Working method: Quality oriented mindset and proactive approach;
- Enthusiasm: Ability to collaborate in an international team environment and willingness to travel;
- Personality: Resilience, willingness to learn, ownership and strong communication;
- Languages: Very good knowledge of spoken and written English.
