More information at Evolution.comJob DescriptionThe Technical Support Engineer (on-site) is responsible for the assembly and maintenance of the studio gaming machines and equipment. Key responsibilities include conducting tests, diagnosing issues, and executing repairs on gaming equipment, alongside managing the maintenance, enhancement, and upgrades of hardware systems. This role involves close collaboration with other technical team members and will ensure the sustained optimal performance of Live Gaming machines and studio equipment. Training is an integral component of this position, the Technical Support Engineer will receive comprehensive training, which will equip the engineer with the necessary skills and knowledge for success.Key responsibilities include:
  • Assemble and maintain studio gaming machines and equipment.
  • Conduct testing and troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve issues in gaming equipment.
  • Perform repairs on gaming machines and equipment as required.
  • Manage the maintenance, enhancement, and upgrading of hardware systems.
  • Collaborate with other technical team members.
QualificationsThe Technical Support Engineer should possess creative problem-solving abilities and the capacity to perform effectively under pressure, collaborate well within a multicultural, diverse, and international team environment. Ideal candidates will be self-motivated, quick-thinking, have strong communication skills and express sense of ownership over assigned responsibilities and tasks.   • Experience working with tools - mechanical and electronics.
  • Technical proficiency and manual work skills.
  • Ability to read and comprehend technical manuals and diagrams.
  • Experience with gentle soldering and electronic circuits.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Very good written and verbal English.
