We are currently looking for a Sourcing Associate to join our Supply Chain department based in Malta.Acting as a focal point of contact between our commercial offices and suppliers on all matters relating to product enquiries, development, delivery scheduling, and managing timelines, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

Following up sales enquiries
Propose packaging solutions
Quoting to win projects
Supplier price negotiation
Ensure the suppliers have a good understanding on TOLY requirements, on product specifications and required quality level.
High level product development
Following up project status
Develop and manage project timelines in the Malta Plant for quotations and award of new projects

Requirements

In possession of at least an MQF Level 4 Diploma. Candidates with an MQF level 5 Higher Diploma or MQF Level 6 Degree will be preferred.
Two years of relevant work experience in similar roles

Organized, detail oriented and ability to work under pressure
