In this opportunity as Application Support Analyst, you will:

This role is part of a high performing team of talented Application Support specialists who provide world-class support for Commercial Engineering.
You will be responsible for day-to-day operations for the applications you support, working as part of a larger global team, continuously improving our global enterprise.
You will be part of a team that manages release and deployment of new code in production and other environments, change planning and implementation, and compliance for a portfolio of applications and infrastructure built on a variety of technologies such as .NET MVC, MS SQL, Java & Javascript, AWS cloud services, and more.

About you:
You are fit for the role of an Application Support Analyst role if you have the following basic qualifications:

Candidates should have 3 to 6 years as an Application Release and Deployment Analyst.
Drive continual service improvement and innovation in productivity, software quality, and reliability, including meeting/exceeding SLAs.
Thorough understanding of ITIL processes related to incident management, problem management, application life cycle management, operational health management.
Experience in supporting applications built on modern application architecture and cloud infrastructure, .NET MVC, MS SQL, Java & Javascript, AWS cloud services, and more.
