- Safely deliver automotive parts to commercial customers and retrieve returned items.
- Assist with inventory management, including sorting, stocking shelves, and organizing parts.
- Ensure branch cleanliness, including maintaining workspaces, restrooms, and parking areas.
- Serve as a key point of contact for customers, providing professional and courteous service.
- Address customer inquiries or concerns and escalate unresolved issues to management.
- Handle cash transactions when required and maintain accurate records.
- Use inventory systems to manage records, confirm orders, and generate delivery manifests.
- Participate in branch projects, including inventory audits and store setup.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Eligible to work in the United States.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
- Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR) per company standards.
- Must meet applicable state-specific driver’s license requirements
- Familiarity with automotive parts is preferred.
- Demonstrates exceptional customer service skills.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Maintains a clean and safe work environment.
- Willingness to learn and contribute to branch operations
- Highschool diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must meet all applicable state-specific driver's license requirements prior to driving a company vehicle to perform delivery duties.
- Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR) per department standards.
