Provides clerical support for one or more administrative, professional or technical employees. Performs duties as a technical clerk or typist; or independent work involving significant procedure and sequence.Reception operations
  • Receive and disseminate phone calls
  • Obtain and disseminate appropriate call message information;
  • Greet and assist visitors to the RFSC
  • Sign for package receipt
  • Distribute office mail
Process billing for cremation permits
  • Compiles monthly billing reports
  • Enters billing sheet information to create billing for forensic services
Distribution of pathology case files.
  • Create folders for case files
  • Distribute case file to pathologist
Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent including or supplemented by courses in secretarial and general bookkeeping subjects.
