- Collaborate with the Head of Project Management to oversee a diverse portfolio of projects, ensuring they are carried out in accordance with established guidelines and targets.
- Lead and manage a diverse team of project management professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Achieve project execution targets relating to Environment, Health and Safety (EHS), revenue, profit, quality, project timelines, and customer satisfaction.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and multicultural work environment, promoting intercultural understanding and cooperation within the team.
- Develop team members through coaching, mentoring, and providing opportunities for professional growth.
- Drive process improvements and implement strategic changes to enhance execution effectiveness and efficiency.
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure the successful completion of the project.

- A bachelor's degree in project management, Business Administration, or related field. A master's degree or relevant certification will be a plus.
- Min 10 years of proven experience in a project management role, preferably in a leadership position.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of leading diverse teams.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Fluent in English, additional language skills would be a plus.
