Role : Senior Sales Manager
Location : Hybrid working from our office in Amsterdam, with regular visits to the sales teams based in Eindhoven, Ghent and Kortrijk.

  • Lead with vision. Spearhead our ambitious growth plan and guide the commercial business with a ‘mission-driven’ mindset that promises not just results but a blueprint for success. Your leadership will execute bold international expansion, targeting at least YoY 30% growth.
  • Data-Driven strategy. Instrumental in evaluating KPIs, processes and tools which enable the amplification for BizzMine’s presence on a global stage
  • Sales Excellence. Using a robust Quarterly Sales cadence using ValueSelling and Vortex Prospecting sales methodology. Your expertise will ensure our sales pipeline is not just fille but strategically poised to convert prospects into loyal customers.
  • Market Insight. Develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape. Analyze opportunities and devise competitive strategies that will secure BizzMine market share.
  • Customer Retention and Growth. Oversee initiatives aimed at boosting customer loyalty and accelerate revenue growth.
  • Team Leadership. As a coach and mentor to our sales team, your hands on approach to learning and development, fosters an engaged and high performing team culture.
  • Technology and Tools. Drive the adoption of best practice using sales management and automation tools like HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, Walnut etc
Could this be you?
  • You possess a Bachelors Degree with a commercial orientation
  • 10 years of experience working in a b2b SaaS environment with 5+ years leading teams
  • You’ve managed successful sales teams at a tech start up or scale up during an intensive growth period, ideally with mid-market to enterprise customers.
  • A strong track record of leading revenue generating activities across new and existing customers.
  • A consultative sales professional. Excel in engaging with C-level in an advisory capacity.
  • A coach to your team, more than a leader you prioritise learning and development opportunities while maintaining a ‘get things done’ attitude.
  • Data driven and process orientated. You set ambitious goals for yourself and the team. You track and improve performance, inspiring success every step of the way.
  • Fluency in English is a must with Dutch, French and German greatly valued.
