Are you the one we are looking for? Inviting applications for the role of Process Associate - AR Collection – CN&EN In this role, you will support Invoice to Cash process, with specialization in AR Collection for all China mainland customer, driving service quality, compliance, standardization and simplification. Responsibilities • Provide customers’ AR statement and review with sales/commercial team periodically, implement action plans. • Provide payment details to cash applier. • Provide accurate data to credit team on order release and credit application. • Prepare pass-due report and review with cash leader weekly, try to achieve the performance target of pass-due rate. • Collect aged open AR constantly. • Remind commercial team to submit documents for letter of credit and make sure the payment can be received on time. • Prepare contract asset report and BDR report, review with controller and post relevant journal entry when monthly closing. • Perform monthly reconciliation on contract asset account and BDR account. • Prepare any other report and statement required by different stakeholders. • Assist with internal and external audit. Qualifications we seek in you!
