- Lead and mentor the UK Payroll Product Management Team and ensure that the team is aligned with the overall product vision and business goals.
- Serve as a key decision-maker in managing the product roadmap and in defining the vision for the UK Payroll offering.
- Developing and implementing processes and systems, identifying the highest value drivers to increase productivity, and strive to find the right balance between high quality and fast iteration.
- Foster a collaborative work environment across multiple teams, including Engineering, Product Design, Sales, and Client Success throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Foster a strong feedback culture, where all team members are encouraged to challenge and be challenged on their opinions and beliefs in order to always optimise for the best possible outcome.
- Analysing market trends to determine prioritisation of the product roadmap and long term vision.
- Tracking success metrics of each project to determine company and client impact

- Product Team lead experience, preferably in a SaaS Product
- Familiarity with HR, Payroll, and Benefits Systems (ADP, Workday, Sage, etc)
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and lead a product management team.
- Proven ability to develop strategic plans and translate them into successful products.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to navigate complex challenges and adapt to evolving business needs and market conditions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are critical for effective cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
- Excellent time management, project management, prioritisation, and sense of ownership skills.
- Experience working with the Agile methodology of software development.
- Experience with cross functional teams, including collaborating with partners in Engineering, Product Design, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Experience and passion for mathematics, and the curiosity to learn the rules and regulations of UK Payroll.
