- Assist teachers in delivering lessons and activities, providing one-on-one support to students as needed
- Help prepare classroom resources and materials, ensuring a stimulating and organised learning environment
- Support students with additional needs, including those with special educational needs (SEN) and English as a second language (ESL)
- Foster positive relationships with students, providing encouragement and reinforcement of learning objectives
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to assess student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly
- Previous experience working in a classroom setting is desirable but not essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students, teachers, and parents
- Enthusiasm for supporting the educational and emotional needs of students, with a patient and nurturing approach
