To establish Central Govt. Public Sector Business by using established old relationship. To manage the software solution sales in the given territory, forecast sales targets and ensure they are met To build new opportunity, progress them, lead up to closure To create sustainable business model for the organization by bringing new accounts; own the responsibility for end to end Meet and exceed sales target by order volumes, revenue, region penetration, market share, profitability and growth. Develop sales plans and strategies for building/maintaining a robust sales pipeline and moving key opportunities through the sales cycle. To implement sales strategies that further drives enhanced revenue generation for the organization Increase the depth and breadth of CSM Tech knowledge in the Ministries, Public Sector organizations and discover new opportunities Should deliver quarterly sales order quota from new accounts Developing strategies for win- win situation for both organisation clients Regular use of sales CRM to effectively plan and measure sales activities. Candidate Profile Candidate must possess a comprehensive understanding of Central Government Public Sector business Should have effective exposure to Bespoke / Customized IT Application Sales , Software Sales (Not into Hardware Sales) Should have proven track record of successful sales target achievement Should have strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders at C suite levels Diversity candidates are welcome to join our vibrant sales team preferred.
