Head of Business

• Act as the company's representative at legislative sessions, committee meetings, and formal functions.
• Approve operational procedures, policies, and standards to maintain organizational efficiency.
• Develop a strategic plan aligning with the company's mission, objectives, revenue, profitability, and growth.
• Plan, develop, and execute strategies for resource and revenue generation, including mergers and acquisitions.
• Review activity reports and financial statements to make necessary adjustments to plans.
• Evaluate executive performance and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Promote the company's reputation through articles, appearances, and participation in conferences.
• Establish a fundraising network through personal contacts and events.
• Present reports at annual stockholder and board meetings.
• Lead company planning and policy-making committees.
• Oversee and assess operational and financial performance.
• Manage sales budget and profit and loss within company guidelines.
• Provide leadership and coaching to staff for recruitment, training, and motivation.
• Analyze performance issues and recommend improvements to sales targets.
• Develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance profitability and market position.
• Implement effective performance measurement systems to monitor progress.
• Drive initiatives to optimize cost structures and improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with sales, manufacturing, R&D, and finance teams to prioritize resources effectively.

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Finance, or related fields; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in senior management roles such as Country Manager or Managing Director.
• Strong interpersonal skills, integrity, and proficiency in English.
• Ability to re-engineer operations and procedures for improved efficiency.
• Knowledge of communication and public relations strategies.
• Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Natural leadership abilities and a collaborative approach to working with teams.
• Open to Expat who be able to relocate to Vietnam
