  • Responsible for managing and resolving issues that concern AVIS VIP customers.
  • Collecting data from the ERP system and creating the necessary reports.
  • Sending monthly or weekly reports to VIP customers via e-mail.
  • Meetings with representatives of VIP customers to improve service.
  • Close collaboration with the sales team and coordination of the final delivery process of VIP customer vehicles.
  • Works closely with the delivery team and coordinating the delivery process of new VIP customer vehicles.
  • Collaborate with the team of the maintenance department for the seamless service of VIP customer vehicles.
Requirements
  • Educational Background: Hold a bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience: Possess necessary experience in a similar role or in Customer Service.
  • Language Proficiency: Demonstrate very good knowledge of the English language.
  • Technical Skills: Showcase proficiency in MS Office.
  • Customer Orientation: Maintain a strong customer service-oriented mindset.
  • Communication & Organization: Exhibit exceptional communication and organizational skills.
