- Responsible for managing and resolving issues that concern AVIS VIP customers.
- Collecting data from the ERP system and creating the necessary reports.
- Sending monthly or weekly reports to VIP customers via e-mail.
- Meetings with representatives of VIP customers to improve service.
- Close collaboration with the sales team and coordination of the final delivery process of VIP customer vehicles.
- Works closely with the delivery team and coordinating the delivery process of new VIP customer vehicles.
- Collaborate with the team of the maintenance department for the seamless service of VIP customer vehicles.
- Educational Background: Hold a bachelor’s degree.
- Experience: Possess necessary experience in a similar role or in Customer Service.
- Language Proficiency: Demonstrate very good knowledge of the English language.
- Technical Skills: Showcase proficiency in MS Office.
- Customer Orientation: Maintain a strong customer service-oriented mindset.
- Communication & Organization: Exhibit exceptional communication and organizational skills.
