- Must be responsive to all emails. All emails should be responded to within 24 hours of receipt.
- Drafting and constructing presentations, spreadsheets, binders as well as various Reports and Analysis as assigned accordingly
- Capturing, managing and inputting data into Benefit Point and Image Right (Agency Management Systems)
- Filling in for the Director of First Impressions on occasion
- Check activity with Account Managers for RFP to begin renewal processes
- Create Renewal/New Group presentation pages
- Maintain effective information management between Account Manager, Producer and Carrier through all applicable means of communication, where applicable
- Ensure all applicable data is kept accurate and files maintained
- Promote teamwork, positive attitude, and commitment to department/agency goals.
- Proficient with MS Office Suite
- Exceptional telephone demeanor
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Life and Health Licensed
