This position is primarily responsible for assistance with data entry, day to day servicing under the supervision of Account Manager in assisting with eligibility functions including new hire enrollments, terminations, qualifying life events, open enrollment changes, COBRA and census manipulations for the purposes of quoting.
  • Must be responsive to all emails. All emails should be responded to within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Drafting and constructing presentations, spreadsheets, binders as well as various Reports and Analysis as assigned accordingly
  • Capturing, managing and inputting data into Benefit Point and Image Right (Agency Management Systems)
  • Filling in for the Director of First Impressions on occasion
  • Check activity with Account Managers for RFP to begin renewal processes
  • Create Renewal/New Group presentation pages
  • Maintain effective information management between Account Manager, Producer and Carrier through all applicable means of communication, where applicable
  • Ensure all applicable data is kept accurate and files maintained
  • Promote teamwork, positive attitude, and commitment to department/agency goals.
Required:
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite
  • Exceptional telephone demeanor
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Life and Health Licensed
