You’ll help this team manage our Acquiring Host operations so we can ensure the best Merchant experience that is scalable and secure. You will:Ensure the smooth operations of our Acquiring HostProblem-solve edge cases that are impacting our Merchants while working with Front-line teamsHandle anomalies with our Clearing filesCoordinate with Gateway/Processors and International Payment SchemesMaintain documentation and enforce procedures to comply with/improve PCI-DSS, PCI-PIN, and PCI-3DS standardsCreate processes for and coordinate Bi-Annual updates, Migrations, and New feature rolloutsContribute to continuous improvements in current processes to increase operational scalabilityMonitor our services, identify improvements for our alerts, and, where possible, automateMaintain our testing environments and become experts in International Payment Schemes' test environmentsIf you have a passion for the above or are interested in learning about Acquiring Hosts, we believe this might be for you!Your TeamYou will work with a diverse team to help shape the future of our Acquiring Department by being part of our Acquiring Host Operation & Implementation team.
